Welcome


Welcome, ladies. You asked for some help and I'm going to try to help you through this blog. I'm going to post exercises, motivational pictures and quotes, healthy recipes, and more.  Let me know what you like or what you'd want to see more of and also what you don't like, this is just for you!  Let me know what your goals are and why you want to start this journey, the more information you give me the better I can help you.    Our work starts now...

  1. OK let me know if you would be interested in doing a fitness program together at night/weekends....something like Insanity or px90. We would need to make it fun with some music....or something/anything. And whatever time is good for all of us each night. We could even vary locations. We got this!

    And if this blog is more of a farce and my post is obviously misconstrued...I greatly apologize

  2. That would be great. I've done P90X before and liked it but I almost died during Insanity (sadly, it almost occured during the fitness testing part of it). You guys would probably even get a good workout from doing the Wii game 'Just Dance.'
